Our client is one of the largest and fastest-growing AI companionship platforms in the world — 50 million users, nine-figure annualized revenue, $10M in seed funding, founded in 2023 and profitable. The founding team has built, scaled, and exited multiple companies before. Fully remote, ~80 people, flat hierarchies, and a culture of full ownership.
You work with high autonomy on execution and technical decisions, owning the full production stack from concept to final delivery. What's coming next: AI Live Streaming, multilingual AI chat, AR/VR integration, and significantly improved AI video. You're joining at a stage where everything is still being built.
The platform operates in the NSFW/adult content space. This is not a side note — it's core to the business. Please only apply if you are 100% comfortable with explicit adult content on a daily basis.
Your Responsibilities
Create narrative-driven longform video content, including stylized and explicit NSFW visuals, with a strong focus on storytelling, atmosphere, and visual coherence
Own end-to-end AI video production: from ideation and prompting to generation, editing, and post-production
Maintain consistent character appearance, style, and scene continuity across longer narratives using advanced techniques
Experiment rapidly with new AI models and tools, incorporate them into your workflow, and share learnings with the team
Integrate motion graphics and colour correction to deliver cohesive final outputs
Manage your own render queues, file structures, and workflows for scalability and high-volume iteration
Your Profile
4+ years in video production, VFX, or digital art — with a portfolio that includes AI-driven video work
Active hands-on use of current AI video generation tools (Kling, Runway, Seedance, or equivalent)
Strong cinematic language: pacing, composition, atmosphere, visual coherence
Ability to maintain character and scene consistency across AI-generated sequences
Fully technically autonomous: compositing, colour correction, motion graphics, final export — no support roles needed
Fast iteration mindset: test, fail, refine, improve
Fluent English
NSFW comfort — explicitly confirmed, including explicit adult content
Ideal background: AI-native video studios, generative content agencies, VFX houses with AI workflows, independent AI video creators, adult content production with AI pipelines.
Tools: Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent + active professional use of current AI video generation tools (Kling, Runway, Seedance, or equivalent)
AI Tools: Active daily use required — Kling, Runway, Seedance, or equivalent generative AI video tools
Nice to have: ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion / AUTOMATIC1111 (LoRAs, inpainting, upscaling), 3D or VFX background, colourist experience, model training, Photoshop
