1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services booked via the website www.helle-koepfe-recruiting.de or through direct contact (e.g., via email or booking form).
 

2. Services
We offer, among other things, the following services:

• Resume revision

• Application coaching

• Online feedback sessions

• Digital products (e.g., CV templates)

The exact scope of services is defined in the respective product description. Services may be provided by different team members or commissioned freelancers.
 

3. Booking & Payment
Bookings are made online. Payment is due before the service is provided.
Accepted payment methods include credit card, PayPal, instant bank transfer, etc. (depending on Wix Payments).

A binding contract is concluded as soon as you complete the booking and accept the Terms and Conditions.
 

4. Rescheduling & Cancellation
Appointments can be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start.
In the event of a later cancellation or no-show, there is no entitlement to a refund.
Digital products (e.g., templates) are excluded from withdrawal once the download has started.
 

5. Vouchers & Discount Codes
Discount codes are only valid during the respective offer period and cannot be combined with other promotions. Cash payment is excluded.
 

6. Liability
Our advice is provided to the best of our knowledge and belief. However, we do not guarantee the success of an application or a career change.
 

7. Data Protection
The privacy policy published on the website applies. Personal data will be used exclusively for processing the booking.
 

8. Place of Jurisdiction
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Hamburg, Germany.
