For a fast-growing international tech company headquartered in Barcelona, offering an AI platform for advertising content insights, we are seeking a Technical Project Manager (m/f/d).


If you enjoy coordinating cross-functional teams, streamlining workflows, and ensuring smooth delivery in an agile environment, this role could be an exciting next step for you.

You will work closely with the development and product teams on-site in Barcelona, collaborating with senior leadership to deliver impactful projects.


Your Responsibilities

  • Lead daily development standups and report progress to senior leadership (CEO/CPO)

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee multiple technical projects from concept to delivery

  • Ensure accountability within the engineering team and track project milestones

  • Identify bottlenecks and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track

  • Act as the link between technical, product, and client-facing teams

  • Continuously improve processes, workflows, and internal documentation


Your Profile

  • 6+ years of experience in technical or software project management

  • Strong experience with Jira, Confluence, and Miro / brainstorming workshops

  • Fluent in English; Spanish preferred (not mandatory)

  • Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills

  • Experience translating business goals into actionable project objectives

  • Willingness to work regularly on-site in Barcelona


Your Benefits

  • Contractor role with competitive pay of $72,000 – $83,000 USD per year ($35 – $40 USD/hour)
