PROJECT MANAGER BUILDING SERVICES HVAC (M/F/D)

As a specialized recruiting firm, we are looking for an experienced professional in the field of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing technology for our client. The position is currently based in Leverkusen. You will have overall responsibility for the projects, organize, manage, and monitor all processes, and serve as the central contact person.

Your tasks:

• Responsibility for the conception, planning and successful implementation of HLSK projects

• Preparation and review of technical designs, calculations and specifications

• Control of budget, schedule and resources across all project phases
  Development and coordination of energy-efficient building concepts

• Coordination of interfaces between specialist planners, trades and clients

Your profile:

• Completed studies or comparable training in the field of supply engineering/building technology through German educational pathways

• At least 5 years of proven experience with in-depth knowledge in managing HVAC projects

• Structured, independent, solution-oriented working style with a strong sense of quality and strong communication skills

• German language skills at native speaker level
