As a specialized recruiting firm, we are looking for an experienced professional in the field of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing technology for our client. The position is currently based in Leverkusen. You will have overall responsibility for the projects, organize, manage, and monitor all processes, and serve as the central contact person.
Your tasks
Assuming technical management for construction projects in the field of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitary technology
Planning and coordination of construction processes as well as coordination with inspectors and specialist trades
Responsibility for costs, material usage and personnel resources on the construction site
Preparation of technical designs, calculations and performance descriptions
Documentation of project progress and ensuring compliance with all quality standards
Your profile
Completed German studies or training in the field of utility engineering/building services engineering/civil engineering or comparable
At least 5 years of proven experience with in-depth knowledge in the construction management of HVAC projects
Structured, independent, solution-oriented working style with a strong sense of quality and strong communication skills
Interest in modern technologies and initial knowledge of BIM
German language skills at native speaker level
Valid class B driving license
