MARKETING & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT INTERN (M/F/D)

 Your tasks:

•  Research : You research open questions that arise in the context of company development and present your results.
•  Development of marketing strategies : Together with our team, you will develop creative marketing strategies to optimally present our services.
•  Post job advertisements : You write attractive job advertisements and place them on various platforms.
  You monitor these and then evaluate the ads. You then present us with the optimization potential.
•  Social Media Posts : You regularly create and publish posts on our social media channels.
•  SEO optimization : You support the search engine optimization of our website and our content.
•  Revise CVs : You will help to optimize the CVs of our candidates.

 Please contribute your ideas everywhere, as we highly value creativity and solution-oriented work. Therefore, we enjoy reflecting and brainstorming in our weekly meetings. You are cordially invited.

 Requirements:

•  Interest in marketing and communications (possibly a degree – not required)
•  Enthusiasm for personnel recruitment and recruiting
•  Independent and precise working style
•  Flexibility and reliability
•  Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
•  Positive mindset
