Your tasks:
Research : You research open questions that arise in the context of company development and present your results.
Development of marketing strategies : Together with our team, you will develop creative marketing strategies to optimally present our services.
Post job advertisements : You write attractive job advertisements and place them on various platforms.
You monitor these and then evaluate the ads. You then present us with the optimization potential.Social Media Posts : You regularly create and publish posts on our social media channels.
SEO optimization : You support the search engine optimization of our website and our content.
Revise CVs : You will help to optimize the CVs of our candidates.
Please contribute your ideas everywhere, as we highly value creativity and solution-oriented work. Therefore, we enjoy reflecting and brainstorming in our weekly meetings. You are cordially invited.
Requirements:
Interest in marketing and communications (possibly a degree – not required)
Enthusiasm for personnel recruitment and recruiting
Independent and precise working style
Flexibility and reliability
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
Positive mindset
