Are you passionate about talent acquisition? We at Helle Köpfe Recruiting are an agile and quality-oriented headhunting agency with a focus on engineering, renewable energy, and sales. We're looking for YOU as a recruiter for our growing startup!
Your tasks:
Independent candidate search on various platforms ( active sourcing )
Conducting interviews with potential candidates
Creation of candidate profiles
If necessary, adaptation of CVs
Postings of jobs in job boards and groups
Maintaining the talent pool
Acquiring new customers is NOT required!
Your profile:
First experiences in recruiting
Independent, reliable, structured and quality-conscious working style
Flexibility in a rapidly evolving start-up environment (tasks and structures can change quickly)
You are familiar with AI tools and have good IT skills
Fast and reliable responses to messages
Positive mindset, out-of-the-box thinking and self-reflection
Strong communication skills, quick comprehension and ability to work in a team
Fluent German and good English skills
