For a high-growth company in the renewable energy sector, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Grid Connection (m/f/d) who will be responsible for the technical coordination and implementation of grid connection projects.
If you feel at home in the interaction between energy plants, grid operators, and project development – then you are exactly the right fit here.

Your tasks

  • Independent planning and implementation of grid connection projects in wind, solar, or storage plants
  • Technical coordination with grid operators, authorities, and internal departments
  • Review and evaluation of grid connection requirements and selection of suitable connection points
  • Support in permitting planning and technical due diligence
  • Coordination of external engineering firms and experts
  • Participation in tenders, grid compatibility studies, and project calculations
  • Creation of technical documentation and grid connection concepts

Your profile

  • Completed degree in electrical engineering, energy engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in grid connection, grid planning, or energy technology
  • Good knowledge of relevant guidelines, VDE standards, and grid connection procedures
  • Confident use of grid calculation tools and technical project management
  • Structured, independent working style with a hands-on mentality
  • Strong communication skills in interaction with grid operators and internal teams
