As a specialized recruiting firm, we are hiring on behalf of our client an experienced Tech Lead who will own the technical core of a productive, globally used AI platform.
You will work on a real product, not prototypes.
Your decisions directly impact stability, performance, and user experience in live production.
Your Responsibilities
You actively develop production-level code and take overall technical ownership.
You provide technical leadership to a small AI team of approximately three to four engineers.
You design the architecture for training, inference, and deployment of language models under high load and real-time requirements.
You improve context handling, memory mechanisms, retrieval approaches, and response quality.
You define and drive fine-tuning and post-training strategies.
You build precise moderation and classification solutions for sensitive content.
Your Profile
You bring at least 8+ years of experience in software engineering or machine learning.
You have been responsible for AI or LLM systems serving several million active users in production.
You work confidently with Python, PyTorch, and modern LLM frameworks.
You have hands-on experience with fine-tuning, data preparation, and model steering.
You are comfortable working in an environment involving adult content within clearly defined safety boundaries.
You are based in Europe and can collaborate reliably within European time zones.
